Shipping limits

We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Other locations may be unavailable or will require additional shipping charges. Please contact us at info@kniterie.com for information about shipping outside the U.S.

Return policy

We are sorry but there are NO RETURNS on books, needles, accessories and patterns.

Yarn can be returned within TWO months from the date of purchase for STORE CREDIT ONLY. (We do not refund money).
A receipt of purchase must accompany all returns.
All returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
Not all items and yarn colors (or dye lot numbers) are guaranteed to be in stock.
Differences in monitors may cause yarn colors to appear slightly different than actual yarn color.

Special Orders

Cultured Purl has a variety of yarn and books that are not yet on our website. It may be possible to Special Order some items. Please contact us via e-mail at or by phone at 814-836-7875.

Payment options

We gladly accept checks, cash, and Visa/MasterCard for in store transactions. Fax, phone, and online orders are happily accepted through VISA and MasterCard.

Checks should be payable to "cultured purl". Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders
