Class Policy
Classes are limited in size; therefore we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of registration. Supplies are additional unless otherwise noted. All supplies must be purchased at the Cultured Purl.
Cancellations must be received 7 days prior to class for a full refund. If it is less than 7 days you may find someone to take your place or call to see if we have someone on our waiting list. If no replacement is found, no refund can be given.
In order to begin class on time, we ask that all materials be purchased before the day of the class. That way everyone will get the full class time. We are open to suggestions. If there is something you would like to knit which we have not offered let us know. We will try to accommodate all requests with a class size of 2 or more.
KNITTING 911: As our business grows, we are finding it difficult to assist "walk in" knitting problems. We are happy to offer assistance every Tuesday from 12:30 until 2:30 pm at NO COST for projects purchased at Cultured Purl. During the summer, 911 is by appointment only. There will be a $10.00 fee with 1/2 hour maximum for projects with materials purchased elsewhere. Please call in advance, as space will be limited. If night time help is needed please call and schedule. We also have our OOPS classes which are designed to teach skills necessary to repair basic mistakes. Cultured purl has numerous books to help the novice as well as the more experienced knitter.
